📋 Description

• Build and enhance financial and commercial reporting for Biosciences EMEA ahead of Transition Service Agreement exit • Support mapping and migration of legacy financial and commercial hierarchies to the target model • Harmonize metric, hierarchy and reporting definitions across legacy and acquiring organizations • Maintain reporting for integration milestones, revenue continuity and financial performance • Build and maintain recurring revenue, gross margin, product mix and channel mix reporting across EMEA countries • Support the EMEA financial close calendar and ensure accurate, timely output • Analyze variances against budget, forecast and prior year and explain performance drivers • Maintain datasets supporting commercial forecasts and measure forecast accuracy • Provide financial data and modelling support for commercial proposals, investment cases and deal reviews • Analyze realized price, discounting, rebates and free-of-charge activity • Support instrument and reagent profitability analysis, including lifetime value and pull-through • Build and maintain pricing and profitability metrics with Strategic Pricing and Finance • Build and maintain repeatable data pipelines and models feeding the EMEA reporting estate • Maintain queries, scripts, models and reporting logic in Git using branching, pull requests and peer review • Replace manual analysis steps with repeatable automated processes • Maintain documentation of data sources, logic and processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics or a related quantitative field • 2+ years of experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, data analytics or a comparable analytical role • Strong graduates with relevant placement or internship experience will be considered • Experience in Healthcare, MedTech, Pharma or Life Sciences is advantageous • Working knowledge of Power BI data modelling and report building • Advanced MS Excel, including large data sets, lookups, pivot tables and Power Query • Ability to produce clear, executive-ready MS PowerPoint output • Ability to write and optimize SQL queries against relational data sources • Working knowledge of Python for data preparation, analysis and automation • Practical Git experience, including branching, pull requests, code review and repository hygiene • Fluent English required • Another European language preferred • Willingness to travel occasionally within EMEA
