📋 Description
• Provide on-site and remote technical support for BD Pyxis automated dispensing systems • Diagnose, service, and resolve hardware and software issues • Implement preventive maintenance programs • Perform installations, repairs, calibrations, and provide sales support • Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and inventory • Participate in ongoing training and professional development • Manage company assets (vehicle, tools, inventory) responsibly
🎯 Requirements
• 24x7 on-call experience in a customer-facing/field service environment • Experience with computer electronics, Windows OS, and networking • CompTIA A+ Certification • Medical device or electromechanical device service/repair experience • Customer Support Certification • Valid driver's license meeting BD's auto safety standards
