📋 Description

• Overall ownership of production, processes, and people in the Manufacturing Unit • Deliver upon SQDC targets and eliminate losses through BDPS • Grow team capability and mentor associates • Set goals and drive accountability toward department objectives • Ensure compliance with BD quality systems and safety regulations • Manage budget and headcount levels • Translate manufacturing unit targets into specific measurable targets • Initiate and drive change for SQDC goals • Resolve issues in a timely manner • Conduct yearly performance reviews and ensure individual development plans

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS Degree (Science, Industrial management, Business, Engineering or a related field) • 5 years of manufacturing experience in a highly automated environment required • 3 years of people leading experience required • Effective Oral/written Communication - Proficient • Ability to work as part of a team / Teambuilding - Advanced • Independent thinking / Self Driven - Advanced • Decision Making Ability - Advanced • Troubleshooting / Problem Solving - Advanced • Safety & Ergonomics Expertise – Basic • Project Management - Proficient • Quality Systems Knowledge – Proficient • Logistics & Planning Knowledge – Basic • Computer Skills / Microsoft Office - Proficient • Financial Acumen - Proficient
