📋 Description
• Lead and support Workday HCM implementations, including configuration, testing, and deployment. • Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday solution • Provide subject matter expertise in Workday HCM and Absence Management. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation and post-go-live support. • Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables.
🎯 Requirements
• Workday HCM Certification OR UK Payroll Certification (active and verified). • Proven experience in Workday implementations, ideally across multiple clients or industries • Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Workday Absence Certification. • Experience with other Workday modules (e.g., Time Tracking & Compensation). • Workday Reporting and Integration knowledge.
