📋 Description

• Deliver product and workflow coaching sessions to help strategic customers adopt Autodesk solutions and activate key workflows • Conduct coaching discovery calls to understand customer workflows, adoption barriers, learning needs, and desired outcomes • Act as a technical trusted advisor, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise to help customers achieve business outcomes using Autodesk technology • Develop, update, and maintain enablement content, learning resources, and digital assets supporting coaching delivery and customer workflow challenges • Lead live coaching and scalable group enablement sessions for end users, including workflow-specific guidance and best-practice sharing • Support medium and large strategic customers worldwide through the Technical Adoption team within Customer Success Management

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of Design and Manufacturing industry needs and workflows • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering or similar • Expert knowledge of Autodesk Inventor, Vault or Fusion Manage in a production environment • 5–6 years of Design & Manufacturing or related field experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical details coherently to a live or virtual audience • Ability to be agile and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment • Fluency in English and German • Technical consulting and/or technical project delivery experience with large, demanding customers or clients • Additional knowledge of Autodesk Fusion, Fusion Manage and Autodesk Construction Cloud/Forma is beneficial • Team-oriented approach and ability to support and interact with members of a shared responsibility team
