📋 Description

• Explain and diagnose common residential plumbing issues • Offer insight into causes of plumbing problems (e.g., slow drains, backups) • Provide cost ranges and repair timelines (parts, labor, permitting) • Flag urgent issues and misdiagnoses • Clarify options based on home type, construction era, and materials used • Create content, templates, and training materials • Meet homeowners via Zoom and record videos or clips as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in residential plumbing • Licensed plumber (or close to it, license not required if deep knowledge is shown) • Experience with a variety of systems, materials, and issues across different housing eras • Knowledge of failure points and typical lifespan of piping, fittings, fixtures, and drainage systems • Understand how plumbing issues have been misdiagnosed or poorly repaired in the past • Ability to communicate clearly and comfortably with homeowners and team members • Comfortable using Zoom and being recorded occasionally
