• Brave Health is a remote-first community health-centered organization delivering high-quality mental health care virtually. • We’re looking for Licensed Therapists nationwide who are passionate about improving lives and open to practicing across multiple states. • Provide care 100% from home with HIPAA-compliant technology. • Remote-first, full-time employment with base salary plus bonus; set weekly schedule; shifts ET. • Serve Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial patients across the U.S.; use telehealth software and internal communication tools. • Brave Health is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.

• Master's level degree and licensure • Eligibility to work in the United States • Work from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English, Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus • Meets background/regulatory requirements
