Becker serves shipbuilders, shipowners and a wide range of vessel types including container ships, tankers, ferries, navy vessels and yachts.

📋 Description

• Identification and acquisition of new customers and markets for the rudder machine segment • Maintenance and support of our existing customer base • Management of international sales projects for our rudder machine segment and close collaboration with the Sales and Engineering departments • Development of sales strategies, market and competitor analyses, and negotiation of proposals • Representing the company and presenting our products at national and international trade fairs and conferences

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a technical field (e.g., naval architecture, mechanical engineering, or comparable) • At least 5 years of experience in the maritime sector (preferably shipbuilding) • Experience with complex, technically sophisticated products • Good German and English skills (min. B2 level) • Proficient IT skills (MS Office and SharePoint) • Strong communication and assertiveness combined with technical understanding • Proactive working style with a passion for sales and technology
