📋 Description

• Support with regular operational tasks • Preparation and review of payroll files using payroll software • Monitor incoming payments • Order and process employee vouchers • Contribute to optimizing internal processes • Close collaboration with the Operations team and, where applicable, Finance and HR

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Business Administration, Business Law, Public Administration or a related field • Structured, conscientious and reliable way of working • Confident use of Excel/Google Sheets • Ideally, first experience in Back Office, Finance or Operations • Enjoyment of organizational work and attention to detail when handling data
