📋 Description

• Monitor pacing, CTRs, conversion trends, and network performance daily • Work with CSM/Sales to help strategize on the best way to set up campaigns to achieve client success • Identify issues early and partner with Engineering, Product and the Sales teams to resolve them quickly • Analyze campaign results to uncover trends, pockets of inventory, and actionable optimizations • Build and maintain performance dashboards and weekly insights • Run structured experiments to validate new targeting, segmentation, or delivery strategies • Develop repeatable processes for QA, optimization, and reporting • Ensure pixel setups, conversion tracking, and measurement logic are accurate and consistent • Provide clear insights, recommendations, and next steps that help scale advertisers efficiently • Surface product or network improvements to the Product + Engineering teams • Contribute to the evolution of beehiiv’s ad delivery and optimization framework

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience managing or analyzing digital advertising, growth, or performance marketing campaigns • Strong understanding of CPC/CPA optimization, targeting dynamics, pacing logic, and bid/budget allocation • Hands-on experience identifying performance issues and running rapid tests to validate hypotheses • Understanding of pixels, event tracking, attribution, and measurement troubleshooting • Comfort working with large datasets and translating analytics into clear action • Proficiency with analytics tools (Excel/Sheets required; dashboards/BI tools strongly preferred; SQL is a plus) • Experience explaining data and strategy to non-technical stakeholders • Experience building repeatable workflows for reporting and optimization • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently
