📋 Description

• Leading the AI roadmap • Technical planning and implementation of AI solutions from early concept to production • Monitoring and improving the quality, accuracy, and reliability of AI agents over time • Integrating AI with existing product infrastructure • Taking autonomous, high-level technical decisions and owning • Building production-ready, accurate, and reliable AI agents that can be confidently used by all clients • Continuously improving and maintaining the quality and performance of AI solutions • Creating robust testing and evaluation frameworks • Making high-impact technical decisions

🎯 Requirements

• minimum 4 years of commercial experience as a Developer, preferably with a strong focus on **TypeScript** • proficiency in building modern web applications using **Node.js, React** and **tRPC,** with a pragmatic approach to designing and maintaining complex systems, • hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures, ideally **AWS** - and the ability to build scalable, reliable services, • solid foundations in application testing (**Jest**) and a strong commitment to code quality, • AI-native mindset, with familiarity with the **AI** tooling ecosystem (nice to have: **OpenAI, LangChain, Evals, Graph**) and enthusiasm for leveraging these tools in day-to-day work
