• realizacja wdrożeń systemów ICM • bezpośrednia współpraca z klientami z USA • budowanie i walidacja modeli prowizyjnych • praca na danych i ich transformacjach • przekładanie zasad biznesowych na logikę systemową • współpraca z zespołem engineering • przygotowanie dokumentacji i wsparcie wdrożeń
🎯 Requirements
• 5 do 8 lat doświadczenia w pracy z danymi lub systemami biznesowymi • bardzo dobre rozumienie modelowania danych relacyjnych • umiejętność pracy z logiką obliczeniową • doświadczenie we wdrożeniach systemów • komfort pracy z metrykami finansowymi lub performance • silne myślenie analityczne • biegły angielski • Nice to have: • doświadczenie w obszarach compensation, payroll lub finance • praca z dużymi zbiorami danych • znajomość SQL • background w data modeling lub information systems
