📋 Description

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination • Engage with prospective hires from sourcing and outreach through onboarding documentation • Maintain recruitment pipelines and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Partner with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and positive hiring experience • Conduct reference checks and candidate follow-ups • Assist in sourcing engineering and technical talent through various recruitment channels • Support employer branding initiatives, including job advertisements and recruitment campaigns • Lead initiatives to strengthen BeeX's employer brand among engineering and technical communities • Organise and manage career fairs, university engagements, industry talks, showcases, and recruitment events • Build and maintain relationships with universities, polytechnics, government agencies, and industry partners • Support recruitment marketing through social media and digital platforms • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering and technical talent • Support daily HR operations, including employee records management and documentation • Assist with onboarding, employee lifecycle, and offboarding processes • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, and internal communications • Maintain HR databases, trackers, and personnel records

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field • Candidates with an engineering or technical background who are interested in transitioning into Human Resources are highly encouraged to apply • Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR is an advantage but not mandatory • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn, and other digital recruitment platforms is a plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities • Comfortable engaging with engineering and technical professionals • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn • Passionate about connecting people with meaningful career opportunities
