📋 Description

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination • Engage with prospective hires throughout the recruitment process, from outreach to onboarding documentation • Maintain recruitment pipelines and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure efficient and timely hiring processes • Assist in conducting reference checks and candidate follow-ups • Support employer branding initiatives including job advertisements and recruitment outreach • Lead initiatives to strengthen BeeX’s employer brand among prospective candidates • Organise and manage hiring-related activities such as career fairs, industry talks, showcases, and recruitment events • Build and maintain relationships with talent pipeline partners, including universities, polytechnics, and government agencies • Support daily HR operations including employee records management and documentation • Assist with onboarding and employee lifecycle processes • Maintain HR databases, trackers, and personnel records • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and internal communications • Assist with offboarding procedures and employee documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), social media, and digital recruitment platforms • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team • A proactive and self-directed learner with strong initiative
