📋 Description

• Supporting the conception, solutioning and execution of various analytics and data projects for the commercial efforts of pharmaceutical and life science firms. • Managing patient analytics solutions, from executing standard patient analytics projects to developing new solutions utilizing new data sets. • Functioning as a subject matter expert in patient centric solutions, partnering to provide creative solutions, thought leadership, and innovative and impactful solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry experience preferred (5-9 years) of relevant experience delivering data and analytics engagements. • At least 3+ years of patient analytics experience, with an understanding of patient level data sets • Strong expertise in using analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Alteryx, SAS, Tableau, PowerBI) • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (required) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with unstructured real-world problems • Strong passion for understanding and devising solutions for the current issue areas in the pharma industry • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor the junior team members • Ability to operate effectively in an international matrix environment and work with US clients in US working hours (3-4 hours of overlap) • Open to travel to US global offices and client-site based on client project requirement (10%-20%)
