📋 Description

• Work directly with the founders on growth, marketing operations, and revenue-driving initiatives • Take full ownership of the marketing and growth engine • Manage Meta and LinkedIn campaigns with six-figure budgets and optimize them for conversions and ROAS • Optimize landing pages, funnels, and HubSpot workflows • Run A/B tests for pages and touchpoints • Analyze and scale the performance of paid channels such as Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and TikTok • Build and manage tracking, attribution, and reporting using GA4, GTM, and HubSpot • Measure CAC, ROAS, and CPA and base optimization decisions on these metrics • Build CRM workflows in HubSpot, automations with Make, and email sequences • Identify and resolve issues affecting lead conversion • Build a small performance marketing team over the medium term

🎯 Requirements

• You have already run growth experiments that made a meaningful impact—ideally in a startup or scale-up environment • Hands-on experience in performance marketing and/or growth across multiple channels (Google Ads, SEO, LinkedIn, etc.) • Strong proficiency with analytics and tracking tools (GA4, GTM, or equivalent) • Data-driven approach to decision-making • Excellent German and English language skills • Confident working with automation tools (Make, Zapier, or equivalent) • Experience with lead generation platforms (LinkedIn, etc.) • Nice to have: Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot) and automation tools (Make, Zapier, or equivalent) • Nice to have: Experience with SEO, SEA, and GEO • Nice to have: Initial experience building small teams • Nice to have: Background in legal, fintech, or SaaS
