📋 Description

• Convert qualified inbound leads into customers through sales calls • Close deals and bring them to completion • Understand brands’ growth goals and propose suitable solutions through consultative selling • Maintain the deal pipeline in the CRM and manage follow-ups • Optimize the sales process through your own automations, the internal AI agent Milow, and new tools • Handover new customers to the Account Team • Provide Marketing with feedback on lead quality and close rates • Identify upselling opportunities among existing customers • Develop accounts together with Strategists

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of B2B sales experience • Experience selling services to businesses • Experience negotiating with decision-makers and independently closing deals • Understanding of service sales and long-term partnerships • Knowledge of e-commerce, particularly D2C brands • Understanding of revenue, margins, and growth targets • Strong closing drive and consistent lead follow-up • Efficiency mindset and willingness to use AI to optimize processes • Ownership of the entire sales cycle, from the initial touchpoint through signing • Excellent communication skills and clear articulation • Very good written and spoken German and English
