📋 Description

‱ Actively seek out and build meaningful relationships with BELAY prospects ‱ Focus on inbound leads and prospecting to generate new business ‱ Meet and exceed a monthly quota of net new client contracts (inbound/prospecting) ‱ Daily prospecting which should result in 35% of monthly wins ‱ Collaborate with marketing team to ensure resources are up to date ‱ Provide incoming sales lead coverage and respond with urgency and professionalism ‱ Serve as the main point of contact for leads from incoming lead-to-close ‱ Develop, present, and implement plans for attaining new client contracts ‱ Thoroughly document sales efforts in CRM including tasks, sequences, activities, funnel, etc. ‱ Facilitate sales calls via phone or Zoom to engage in live prospect conversations ‱ Create binding documents and serve as agreement creation backup ‱ Ensure implementation fee and payment setup is complete for newly contracted clients ‱ Assign & work CRM tasks appropriately and complete contact record data thoroughly ‱ Collaborate with leadership to build and execute strategic plans to increase leads ‱ Travel: Minimum of 25% required

🎯 Requirements

‱ MUST RESIDE IN THE ATLANTA, GA AREA ‱ BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience ‱ 2-4 years of sales or related experience ‱ Ability to connect quickly and build relationships with clients ‱ Must be a driven self-starter, a positive thinker, loyal and trustworthy ‱ Attributes of flexibility, creativity, self-discipline, strong organizational skills, and action orientation ‱ Strong verbal and written communication skills ‱ A high degree of autonomy with the capability of working remotely ‱ Comfortable with web conferencing platforms - Skype, Zoom, GoToMeeting, Adobe Connect, etc.
