âą Actively seek out and build meaningful relationships with BELAY prospects âą Focus on inbound leads and prospecting to generate new business âą Meet and exceed a monthly quota of net new client contracts (inbound/prospecting) âą Daily prospecting which should result in 35% of monthly wins âą Collaborate with marketing team to ensure resources are up to date âą Provide incoming sales lead coverage and respond with urgency and professionalism âą Serve as the main point of contact for leads from incoming lead-to-close âą Develop, present, and implement plans for attaining new client contracts âą Thoroughly document sales efforts in CRM including tasks, sequences, activities, funnel, etc. âą Facilitate sales calls via phone or Zoom to engage in live prospect conversations âą Create binding documents and serve as agreement creation backup âą Ensure implementation fee and payment setup is complete for newly contracted clients âą Assign & work CRM tasks appropriately and complete contact record data thoroughly âą Collaborate with leadership to build and execute strategic plans to increase leads âą Travel: Minimum of 25% required
âą MUST RESIDE IN THE ATLANTA, GA AREA âą BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience âą 2-4 years of sales or related experience âą Ability to connect quickly and build relationships with clients âą Must be a driven self-starter, a positive thinker, loyal and trustworthy âą Attributes of flexibility, creativity, self-discipline, strong organizational skills, and action orientation âą Strong verbal and written communication skills âą A high degree of autonomy with the capability of working remotely âą Comfortable with web conferencing platforms - Skype, Zoom, GoToMeeting, Adobe Connect, etc.
