📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional tax services and strengthen client relationships • Prepare and review complex individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns • Conduct tax planning and projections for individuals and businesses • Research and resolve tax issues, including correspondence with the IRS and state agencies • Identify and recommend tax-saving opportunities and process improvements • Review tax returns and workpapers prepared by staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance • Provide guidance and feedback to staff accountants, promoting professional growth and development • Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines with strong attention to detail

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 4-6 years of progressive tax accounting experience, ideally in a public accounting or client service environment • Strong understanding of federal and state tax laws, financial statements, and accounting principles • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under deadlines • Excellent communication skills, with a professional and client-service-oriented approach • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently or collaboratively • Proficient in QuickBooks Online, tax preparation software, Excel, and workflow management tools • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or Enrolled Agent (EA) designation preferred but not required • Experience supporting small businesses and startups preferred
