• Ensure the proper functioning of solutions, handle incidents, and client requests in accordance with expected service levels (TAC2/TAC3) • Perform monitoring and field interventions on existing installations • Be on-call "from home" during nights/weekends as part of a rotating schedule • Design, configure, and commission new solutions (WAN, LAN, Routing, Telephony, CCTV, etc.) • Assist the project manager during the technical study, engineering, and project execution phases • Provide technical support to the sales manager • Write and maintain reports, documentation, and procedures for both internal and external use • Provide continuous reporting
• INTTIC (BAC+5) graduation or similar • 2+ years of experience in a technical support or service role in networking • Essential: TDM & Packet Switching, TCP/IP, Routing, MPLS, Wireless, proficiency in MS Visio, MS SQL Server, MySQL, and Office • nice to have: Cybersecurity, programming/scripting, CCNA/CCNP • Highly autonomous and team-oriented, with strong communication and writing skills, excellent multitasking ability, and attention to detail • Willingness to travel – Predominantly domestically 30 % • Fluency in French and English
