📋 Description

• Manage travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, ground transport, and activities. • Oversee and confirm client itineraries to ensure accuracy and satisfaction. • Support day-to-day operations by processing reservations and maintaining records. • Communicate with clients, vendors, and partners in a professional and timely manner. • Monitor schedules and proactively address potential issues or changes. • Provide administrative support to the travel team as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in travel coordination, customer service, or administration is preferred. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Basic computer skills required (Microsoft Office, email, online booking systems).
