📋 Description

• Work with technology leaders and the product team to translate departmental goals and requirements into technical solutions • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality full stack applications using Java or Golang for backend services and JavaScript for frontend functionalities • Administer AWS resources, create robust automations, and enhance internal process flows • Develop and maintain internal applications that support engineering operations • Identify opportunities for code, database, and resource optimization and implement improvements to ensure system stability • Conduct validation tests and performance assessments, generate detailed systems reports with metrics, and recommend improvements • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high development standards • Support team workflows and improve system performance

🎯 Requirements

• Located in Uruguay, Brazil, or Argentina • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 5+ Years of experience working as a Fullstack developer • 5+ Years of experience working with Java • 3+ Years of experience working with JavaScript • 3+ Years of experience working with AWS services, including resource management, automation, and workflow • 3+ Years of experience optimizing code, databases, and system resources for performance and stability • Experience with validation testing, performance assessments, and metrics reporting • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies • Experience with Golang is a plus • Advanced English level required (will work with US clients)
