📋 Description
• Partner with technology leaders and product managers to translate goals into scalable technical solutions • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end applications using Java (or Golang) on the backend and JavaScript on the frontend • Drive architecture and design decisions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance • Leverage AWS expertise to administer resources, build automations, and optimize workflows • Support engineering teams by developing and maintaining internal applications that power operations • Continuously improve code, databases, and system resources for stability and performance • Perform validation tests, performance assessments, and generate detailed reports with actionable insights • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high development standards
🎯 Requirements
• Located in Uruguay, Brazil, or Argentina • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • 8+ years as a Fullstack Developer • 6+ years of hands-on Java experience • 4+ years of JavaScript experience • 3+ years working with AWS services (resource management, automation, workflow optimization) • 3+ years of performance optimization (code, databases, resources) • Proven ability to lead architectural and design decisions • Strong background in validation testing, performance assessments, and metrics reporting • Deep understanding of software development lifecycle & agile methodologies • Experience with Golang is a plus • Advanced English level – experience working with US clients
