• 2+ years of outbound sales experience with a strong cold-calling background. • Confident, error-free written English for handling email and LinkedIn replies - this is half the role, not an afterthought. • Fluent spoken English, comfortable working across US and European time zones. • Strong understanding of outreach tools: You’re comfortable working with CRM and automation platforms and understand the key technical elements behind cold outreach. You can support campaign setup, identify potential issues, and work with the right teams to resolve technical blockers. • The ability to run multiple client projects in parallel without losing quality or pace on any one of them. • Self-starting: there are no fixed hours here, and the work doesn't get done unless you make it happen.
