📋 Description
• Implement a Contract Lifecycle Management system for Legal • Engage business stakeholders to understand current processes and requirements • Distil information into key prioritised feature requirements • Use elicitation and analysis techniques to build strong stakeholder relationships • Manage project activities and progress reporting • Run workshops and observe users in action • Facilitate discussion of requirements and document them • Create a backlog or prioritised requirements for development and testing • Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience of contract lifecycle management type implementations • End to end software development lifecycle experience • Must be able to work autonomously • Business process mapping and process improvements • Use of various elicitation techniques and requirements prioritisation techniques • Communications and stakeholder management • Experience of system replacement projects where data migration and continuity of service is critical • Basic working knowledge of variety of business applications • An excellent troubleshooting mentality • Articulate in both verbal and written communication • Professional/flexible approach to work • Ability to work well under pressure
