📋 Description

• Monthly Close: Execute the monthly closing process and prepare accounting and management trial balances. • ERP Routines: Perform hands-on tasks in the Datasul (TOTVS) system, including module integrations and revenue verification. • Account Analysis: Perform reconciliations and detailed analyses of balance sheet and income statement accounts. • Cost Accounting: Process, calculate and analyze Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), explaining any variances. • Direct Taxes: Calculate Corporate Income Tax (IRPJ) and Social Contribution on Net Profit (CSLL) under the Real Profit regime (annual and quarterly). • Indirect Taxes: Reconcile calculations for ICMS, ICMS-ST, IPI, PIS and COFINS. • Financial Statements: Prepare the Balance Sheet (BP), Income Statement (DRE), Cash Flow Statement (DFC), Statement of Changes in Equity (DMPL) and notes to the financial statements. • Statutory Filings: Prepare ECD, ECF and IBGE filings. • Fixed Assets: Perform and supervise asset control, depreciation and asset inventories. • Audit: Prepare supporting documentation and provide direct support to external auditors. • Process Improvement: Identify gaps in internal workflows and propose automations or process revisions. • Management Support: Produce management reports, KPIs and supporting reports for coordination and management.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting. • Registration: Active CRC (professional accounting registration). • Experience: Proven experience in accounting. • Systems: Datasul (TOTVS) ERP. • Tools: Intermediate to Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office. • Technical Knowledge: Accounting standards (CPC/IFRS) and direct and indirect tax legislation. • Behavioral Profile: Hands-on, strong analytical skills, proactive, autonomous and with a sense of urgency.
