📋 Description

• Lead the development of dynamic, best-in-class Tableau BI visualizations • Develop and maintain analytics, reports, and dashboards focused on healthcare utilization, cost, operations, risk adjustment, and HEDIS/ACO quality measures. • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of core medical economics concepts (e.g. provider attribution, cost, quality, utilization, eligibility and membership) • Analyze trends in claims data, provider performance, and patient outcomes to identify opportunities for cost savings and quality improvement. • Support HCC risk adjustment initiatives by evaluating risk scores and diagnostic gaps. • Monitor and assess HEDIS Stars quality measures to drive performance improvement strategies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, operational, and IT teams, to identify and implement data-driven solutions. • Design and automate recurring reports and ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives. • Extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets using SQL, Python, R, or other analytical tools. • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on healthcare cost, utilization patterns, and risk adjustment strategies. • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting and analytics functions

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience working with ACO REACH, MSSP, and Medicare Advantage programs (MA, DSNP, CSNP) • 4+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting within a managed care, value-based care, and/or health insurance setting. • Strong knowledge of healthcare claims data, risk adjustment models (HCC), and quality measurement frameworks (HEDIS, Stars, ACO REACH, ACO MSSP). • Proficiency in data table management and SQL for data extraction and manipulation. • Innovative Mastery-level skills with data visualization tools such as Tableau. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights. • Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. • Experience working with large datasets in a healthcare environment.
