📋 Description

• Act as a thought partner on partnership vision, go-to-market strategy, and value-based care innovation • Collaborate with senior leaders (VP Growth, VP Market Ops, CEO, COO, Chief Growth Officer, Chief Pop Health Officer) to shape and evolve Belong's long-term partnership strategy • Partner across product, clinical, technology, operations, and care delivery teams to drive forward growth and go-to-market strategy • Develop product marketing collateral, prospective partnership materials and detailed market analyses • Implement high-impact programs with partners to improve patient experience and clinical outcomes • Support strategies to meet or exceed market-level KPIs (e.g., AWVs, quality, engagement, retention, enrollment) • Lead program management of operational priorities with our anchor nonprofit health plan partner (e.g., deployment of AI agents) • Develop expertise and perspectives on key government programs and regulatory changes • Lead or support high-priority initiatives and cross-cutting projects as needed to advance Belong's mission and market success

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in management consulting • Strategic thinker with strong execution and structure problem-solving skills • Clear communicator with polished written and visual presentation skills • High EQ, team-oriented and confident working across functions • Mission-driven and eager to work in a fast-paced environment • Healthcare experience required. • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, particularly related to value-based care, Medicare Advantage and Special Needs Plans, CMS/CMMI programs, Accountable Care Organizations, clinical programs for complex populations. • 3+ years in account management, business development, growth or partnership roles in the healthcare industry. • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field is preferred. • Training or certification in strategic operations, business development, or healthcare-related disciplines is a plus.
