📋 Description

• Monitor network infrastructure, servers, and critical services in real time • Identify and resolve technical incidents at first and second levels • Open, update, and close tickets • Escalate incidents according to defined procedures • Execute operational procedures and preventive routines • Support basic information security activities, such as: preliminary analysis of SIEM alerts • Forward security incidents to the SOC team • Assist in response to low-impact incidents • Document occurrences, incidents, and technical procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in a NOC environment or IT infrastructure operations • Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and operating systems (Windows/Linux) • Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG, etc.) • Basic understanding of information security and experience working in a SOC environment • Desirable knowledge of tools such as SIEM, firewalls, corporate antivirus, and IDS/IPS • Experience with ITIL processes
