📋 Description

• Review and critique application documents and provide feedback to help students improve their applications. • Conduct mock interviews and provide feedback to help students improve their interview performance. • Continuously demonstrate a genuine passion for mentoring our students and improving our overall operations and impact as a company.

🎯 Requirements

• Hold a PhD OR MD Degree, or be in the process of completing your PhD/MD (MDc or PhD candidate). • Reside in the United States or Canada • Can commit to work a minimum of 20 hours a week • Bonus if you are fluent in French in addition to English. • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and participate in self-directed learning • Possess tech-savviness • Do not work for other test prep companies • Seek a long-term role, not a short-term gig • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, verbal & communication skills, and attention to detail • Work independently with minimal supervision, showing a strong work ethic and managerial attitude • Handle sensitive information with utmost integrity and confidentiality • Maintain a quiet, distraction-free private room with a door and access to an ergonomic setup and high-speed internet (minimum download speed of 10 Mbps).
