• Manage the team backlog, translating business requests into stories, subtasks, and epics in Jira; • Participate in and facilitate agile ceremonies: refinement, sprint planning, review, and retrospective; • Prioritize and negotiate deliveries with internal stakeholders (business areas, product teams, financial controlling, partner operators); • Proactively communicate status, deadlines, and impacts of data deliveries to requesting areas; • Monitor and validate the availability of information in Looker and the Data Lake (refined tables, explores, semantic layer); • Support triage, communication, and follow-up of information incidents with the technical team and impacted areas; • Elicit and structure functional requirements and acceptance criteria for new data products; • Monitor usage metrics of data products and the team’s operational efficiency; • Promote, foster, and execute AI-based automation POCs for workflows and processes, focusing on streamlining manual processes for the data team and other areas, and increasing clarity and visibility of request status and progress; • Keep documentation up to date and contribute to the team knowledge base.
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields; • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); • Comfortable with management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack); • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to interface with different areas and hierarchical levels; • Organized; • Genuine interest in data and a data-driven culture; • Previous experience as a PO, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role (preferred); • Familiarity with BI and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) (preferred); • Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and understanding (preferred); • Knowledge of the data ecosystem (Data Lake, pipelines, ETL) (preferred); • Familiarity with generative AI, agent creation and automation (e.g., n8n, LangChain, Claude, GPT or similar) (preferred); • Technical English (reading and writing) (preferred).
