📋 Description

• Design and build services in Go, applying software design principles (hexagonal architecture, DDD) and automated testing as standard practice • Participate in architectural decisions for the payments platform, assessing trade-offs involving microservices, integrations, and resilience • Design and evolve solutions in AWS cloud, including infrastructure as code (Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines for the team’s services • Use AI tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality standards—reviewing and taking ownership of generated output • Share knowledge across the team: mentor less experienced colleagues, conduct contextual code reviews, document decisions, and lead technical discussions • Support services in production by investigating incidents and addressing root causes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong command of the Go language and its paradigms • Solid experience with software design: hexagonal architecture, DDD, and unit testing • Experience with microservices architecture—including communication, contracts, consistency, and partial failures • Knowledge of AWS cloud solution architecture • Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure as code using Terraform • Daily use of AI tools in development, with sound judgment regarding the quality of generated output • Strong communication skills and a knowledge-sharing mindset: mentoring, teaching, and bringing the team along • Preferred: experience with payment systems or another highly critical transactional domain • Preferred: experience with messaging and event-driven architectures • Preferred: experience with observability for services in production
