📋 Description

• Support team members in advancing their careers through 1:1s and Individual Development Plans (IDPs), ensuring that planned actions are effective and aligned with the employee's goals and the company's needs; • Monitor team performance, ensure knowledge sharing, encourage autonomy and self-management, and make sure everyone works efficiently and effectively with a focus on continuous improvement. • Manage conflicts, maintaining a positive climate within the team, with peers and stakeholders; • Supervise and guide the team, ensuring visibility of solution architecture and the technical backlog, while balancing development of new features with the resolution of technical debt; • Oversee incident management and infrastructure costs, and occasionally participate in the development of new features with the team, provided this does not become an impediment to delivery; • Assist with deliveries, meetings with clients and other teams, balancing quality and expected outcomes; • Serve as a point of communication among peers on projects that involve multiple teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Lead Engineer or similar role on critical teams. • Experience in an Agile development environment. • Knowledge of software development best practices such as SOLID, Clean Architecture, Clean Code and refactoring techniques; • Experience with microservices, asynchronous processing and high-availability integrations. • Experience designing architecture for highly scalable applications. • Experience with Golang and Java for building high-performance services. • Experience with AWS architecture and services including: ECS, SQS, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS. • Ability to act in production incidents. • Experience in card transaction processing (e.g., integrations with acquirers and card schemes) — a plus. • Familiarity with security practices, especially in the context of payments (e.g., PCI DSS). • Experience developing with other stacks, preferably Python. • Advanced English and/or Spanish.
