📋 Description

• Oversee the electrical reliability program across North American operations, ensuring compliance with program requirements. • Drive improvements, reduce downtime, and implement best practices to enhance performance and reliability. • Support regional Management of Change (MOC) process with reliability reviews and approvals. • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for electrical system failures. • Address emerging reliability challenges through the 'Bad Actor' process. • Oversee Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) classification of losses related to electrical systems. • Develop and deliver technical training programs for reliability, maintenance, and operations teams. • Share best practices across North American facilities. • Manage development and compliance of electrical system care plans, ensuring adherence to ITPM program requirements. • Provide technical reviews and guidance for engineering projects with OEMs.

🎯 Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems in an industrial manufacturing context. • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and codes (e.g., API, NFPA, ISA, IEEE, OSHA). • Proficiency in electrical reliability principles, Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) management, and predictive maintenance technologies. • Expertise in reliability assessments, including Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), and RCA methodologies. • Experience with predictive maintenance techniques, data analytics, and emerging reliability tools. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Strong commitment to safety, including knowledge of electrical hazards, lockout/tagout protocols, and compliance with relevant safety standards.
