📋 Description

• Design and deploy end-to-end AI workflows across insurance and real estate operations • Build automation across: • CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) • Policy management systems • Document processing (COIs, loss runs, schedules) • Underwriting workflows • Integrate tools using APIs (REST, webhooks, etc.) • Build AI-assisted processes using: • OpenAI / LLMs • Vector databases (if applicable) • Workflow tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, or custom) • Turn messy, manual processes into clean, scalable systems • Collaborate directly with leadership to identify high-ROI automation opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building real-world automation systems (not just prototypes) • Strong understanding of: • APIs, data flow, and system architecture • Workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.) • AI/LLM integrations • Ability to think like an operator , not just a developer • Experience in insurance, real estate, or fintech = strong bonus
