📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for older people within the Aged Care Planning Regional area of Victoria (VIC 3 – Loddon Mallee) • Deliver high-quality, person-centred assessments supporting older Australians to access appropriate aged care services • Conduct face-to-face needs assessments across the Loddon Mallee • Conduct remote assessments via telehealth • Provide clinical expertise and guidance to Non-Clinical Aged Care Needs Assessors • Ensure assessments are accurate, holistic, and aligned with aged care standards and policies • Undertake additional functions such as delegation and triage • Work within Bendigo Health’s Community and Continuing Care Division and My Aged Care Single Assessment Workforce

🎯 Requirements

• 2026 flu vaccination • Full immunisation record required during onboarding if successful • Attach a cover letter and up-to-date resume • Clinical expertise to conduct comprehensive aged care needs assessments • Ability to undertake face-to-face assessments requiring travel within the Loddon Mallee • Ability to conduct remote assessments via telehealth • Ability to provide clinical guidance to Non-Clinical Aged Care Needs Assessors • Allied health or nursing credentials consistent with the applicable EBA/classification
