You can identify data, insights, and stories that bolster your content and craft a narrative that guides readers through your work and propels them to take action. • You’re focused on growth and understand that your content should drive not only traffic but also measurable results. Your work is guided by the client’s business goals and strategies, as well as the audience for which you write. • You’re experienced with SEO, know how to search-optimize your content without sacrificing quality, and can balance the needs of both your client and reader within your content. • You’re collaborative and communicative by nature. You always meet your deadlines—or communicate in advance when you may need a deadline pushed back. You’re open to feedback and love learning how to improve your craft. You champion your work and are willing to work with editors, designers, marketers, and directly with clients when need be. • You’re kind, passionate, curious, and friendly!
