📋 Description

• Build, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations between enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and Marketo • Keep data flowing reliably at scale • Serve as the go-to technical expert for the Marketing Operations team • Solve integration and platform issues promptly • Support an upcoming platform migration • Help shape a new support model from the ground up • Connect systems and investigate complex technical problems

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting SaaS platforms, integrations, or enterprise business systems • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Marketo administration, development, or integration support, including supporting Marketo-Salesforce integrations • Experience with integration technologies and supporting production systems and business-critical workflows • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong English communication skills • Availability to work during GMT-8 working hours • Experience with REST APIs and web services • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills • Experience supporting Coupa integrations or other enterprise SaaS platforms • Familiarity with middleware, integration platforms, or iPaaS solutions
