📋 Description

• Develop deep expertise in strategic compensation, performance, and pay-transparency management—understanding how the beqom platform’s capabilities address core business challenges, deliver strategic value to clients, and model complex rewards philosophies • Lead strategic workshops with clients to review and advise on their current performance and compensation processes, aligning them with industry best practices and business objectives • Analyze existing ('as‑is') business processes and design improved ('to‑be') total rewards strategies using expert knowledge of the platform—clearly identifying opportunities for optimization, enhanced business intelligence, and added value • Advise and guide clients through configuration of the beqom solution to meet their strategic needs, including providing expert oversight during testing and user training to ensure business goals are met • Build a strong understanding of each client’s overall business and talent strategy to ensure the beqom solution enables seamless integration and long-term success.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR technology, HR consulting, SaaS consulting, or HR operations with system exposure • Hands-on experience implementing or supporting HRIS / HCM platforms (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, UKG, ADP, Oracle HCM, BambooHR) • Strong understanding of HR functional domains, including performance, compensation, and pay equity • Ability to translate business HR needs into system requirements (requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis) • Proven experience working directly with clients or internal stakeholders • Ability to run discovery sessions, document requirements, and present recommendations • Experience with HR data, reporting, and analytics (KPIs, dashboards, data validation) • Clear, structured communicator with strong stakeholder management skills • Language skills: fluent in English and French
