📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of French and international clients • Advise on the EU Pay Transparency Directive and translate it into workable platform processes • Onboard and guide clients on best practice in PayAnalytics by beqom • Run and interpret pay gap analyses • Present defensible insights to HR, Reward and executive stakeholders • Support clients in designing and tracking remediation plans • Guide workshops to map current compensation processes and design the target state • Configure PaySuite and guide clients through testing, UAT and training • Shape underlying HR data requirements across both products • Coordinate concurrent projects, managing scope, timelines and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated mid-level experience in client-facing consulting or professional services • Fluent French and English; French fluency is essential • Working knowledge of HR business processes and/or HR IT systems • Confidence turning data analysis into clear insight for a non-technical audience • Strong project management skills • Ability to hold a clear position with senior stakeholders • Experience in pay equity, compensation and benefits, or reward is advantageous • Familiarity with national pay reporting regimes such as the Index de l'égalité professionnelle is advantageous • Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Fusion and/or Salesforce is advantageous • All applications must be submitted in English
