📋 Description

• Work with the Head of Product Marketing to develop and execute product marketing strategies • Create compelling, differentiated product messaging tailored to distinct buyer groups • Develop clear campaign briefs and collaborate with demand generation on execution • Ensure consistency of messaging across all customer touchpoints • Produce high-quality sales assets including pitch decks and brochures • Maintain updates of competitive battlecards and objection-handling guidance • Define and evolve beqom’s USPs in collaboration with Product • Create monthly analysis and progress reports on product marketing activity • Design and deliver field enablement programmes that support product launches • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and other teams for successful product launches

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in product marketing or a closely related role in B2B tech • Strong understanding of SaaS buyer journeys • Demonstrable experience crafting messaging and supporting go-to-market for portfolio products • Experience with product launches and go-to-market planning • Strong customer-centric mindset • Proven stakeholder management skills • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) • Experience in the HR tech space or selling into HR and Finance buyers (bonus) • Fluent in French (bonus)
