📋 Description

• Combine analytics and user research to identify user needs, fuel ideation, and lead product improvements • Propose pragmatic solutions and estimate technical effort and business impact • Contribute to high-level strategic decisions and define short- and long-term roadmaps • Own features end-to-end, from problem framing through UI/UX design, implementation, testing, and iteration • Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity screens in Figma • Identify key metrics and take ownership of achieving success • Write clean, performant, and well-tested iOS code using Swift and SwiftUI and/or backend code using Go and Node.js • Assess the technical, user, and business impact of shipped features • Contribute to code quality, architecture, and development-process best practices • Contribute to building and improving the design system • Work alongside AI tools to amplify creativity and streamline day-to-day work

🎯 Requirements

• Strong programming skills in iOS (Swift/SwiftUI), with 4+ years of experience • Product mindset: obsession with user needs, metrics, and data-driven decisions • Ability to prototype quickly and build production-grade systems • Strong UI/UX design skills, from wireframes to polished, high-fidelity screens • Proficiency in Figma is required • Rigorous hypothesis testing and data-driven prioritization • Passion for B2C mobile apps and a track record of shipping meaningful features or products • Highly driven, autonomous, and results-oriented • Fluent in English • French is a plus
