📋 Description

• Independently develop the sales territory based on agreed KPIs • Implement and secure listings and secondary placements at the point of sale (POS) • Actively manage order volumes at the POS and prevent out-of-stock situations • Independently manage the sales territory through route planning and market and competitor analysis • Build customer relationships in the retail sector • Ensure the visibility of and maximize the market potential of the Mio Mio, Berentzen, and Puschkin brands • Act as a brand ambassador in the field at the point of sale

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training and/or experience in field sales • Knowledge of German food retail (LEH) structures • Residence within the sales territory • Confident use of MS Office and CRM systems • Independent working style, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and approach • Experience and proven skill in sales negotiations
