• Strategic and operational development and management of the Corporate Finance and Investor Relations department together with the team • Empathetic leadership as well as promotion, development and motivation of the Corporate Finance and Investor Relations team • Further development and active shaping of financing and interest-rate risk management strategies at group and portfolio level (e.g. bank financing, capital market loans and equity instruments) in close cooperation with management and specialist departments • Design and implementation of structured financing and refinancing measures for existing assets and project development portfolios • Strategic management of liquidity planning to ensure long-term financial capacity at group, portfolio and company level • Participation in the preparation and execution of transactions • Establishing, maintaining and developing relationships with investors, banks, rating agencies and analysts • Responsibility for the investor relations strategy, including reporting, presentations and capital markets communication • Supporting the division management and executive board on strategic matters, investment decisions and special projects
• Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Real Estate Economics or a commercial apprenticeship with relevant further training • Several years of professional experience in Corporate Treasury, Corporate Finance or Banking, ideally in the real estate sector — different career paths are welcome • Leadership experience and the ability to develop employees/teams both professionally and personally • Desirable knowledge in several of the following areas: financial risk management, treasury management, liquidity management, derivatives trading, as well as experience structuring complex financings and working with capital markets and financing partners • Analytical and conceptual skills and a willingness to resolve complex topics collaboratively • Strong communication skills, an authentic and convincing presence and the ability to build trustful relationships with various stakeholders such as investors, banks and management • Structured, independent and results-oriented way of working • Good SAP knowledge • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
