📋 Description

• Prepare lessons using provided materials • Decide what to teach and customize lessons based on each student's needs • Use the Berlitz Method of instruction • Create a risk-free environment where students can make mistakes and experiment with the language • Motivate students to achieve their language goals • Document student progress after each lesson • Provide Polish language instruction while Berlitz provides students and support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience • Teaching experience is a plus but not required • Expert-level Polish • Intermediate English • Exceptional communication skills • Minimum 15 Mbps download speed and 15 Mbps upload speed • Stable wired internet connection; Wi-Fi is not sufficient • PC or laptop running Windows 11 or higher, or macOS 11 or higher; Linux is not supported • USB headset and camera • Backup system for devices where load shedding occurs • At least 2 GHz base processing speed • RAM equal to or above 8 GB • Commitment to provide 15–20 hours per week • Must keep the original schedule for the first 3–4 months
