📋 Description
• Provide leadership and direction to the asset management team • Oversee account strategy, long-term customer obligations, asset performance, profitability, and execution across multiple customer sites • Establish governance, standards, and best practices for asset management • Partner with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders for efficient operations • Review and approve asset management and facility operations strategies
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field • Minimum of seven years of related experience • Three years of leadership experience in asset management or related areas • Knowledge of facilities and asset management practices • Ability to manage profit and losses and create reliable financial forecasts • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
