• Ensure accurate payroll processing in compliance with applicable laws • Manage employee benefits and submit related statutory filings • Analyze performance indicators and propose continuous improvements • Perform critical analyses and accounting reconciliations
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field • Fluent in English (spoken and written) • Strong experience in payroll, preferably in BPO environments or large organizations • Strong knowledge of labor and social security legislation • Ability to see the broader picture • Innovative mindset • Strong critical thinking skills
