📋 Description
• PEDAGOGICAL SUPPORT: Provide pedagogical follow-up for teacher training courses, organizing instructional materials, conducting detailed performance analyses of participants, monitoring attendance and engagement, and consolidating feedback, with a focus on team development and the success of the training programs; • PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: Support the development and analysis of performance indicators, providing strategic insights to track results and encourage reflection on the development of the bilingual team; • TEACHER TRAINING: Contribute to teacher development through in-depth research and the creation of instructional materials, ensuring continuous capacity building for the bilingual program team, aligned with best pedagogical practices; • INTERNATIONALIZATION SUPPORT: Actively participate in internationalization project activities, assisting with analysis of prospective students' profiles, conducting workshops, and supporting pedagogical coordination in organizing academic documents, contributing to an efficient application process to foreign universities; • ORGANIZATION: Track and organize results from diagnostic assessments and proficiency exams to monitor student performance and propose necessary interventions; • RESEARCH: Investigate and monitor pedagogical trends in bilingual programs with the aim of broadening the teaching team's perspective on new practices.
