📋 Description

• Make outbound cold calls to generate new leads and business opportunities • Follow up with inbound leads from Facebook, Instagram, and other marketing channels by phone, email, and messaging • Nurture leads through the sales pipeline and maintain consistent follow-up • Recruit and develop relationships with contractors and installers • Match homeowners and business owners with qualified contractors for flooring projects • Confirm contractors contact assigned customers within 24–48 hours • Answer incoming calls and direct customers to appropriate departments • Follow up with DIY customers, repeat contractor customers, architects, and interior designers • Send quotes and estimates to customers • Identify opportunities to close sales and ask for the business • Escalate leads requiring technical expertise or sales-closer assistance • Maintain accurate customer records and next steps in HubSpot CRM • Manage daily communication through HubSpot, OneBox (Vonage), email, and WhatsApp • Support sales activities across Cranbury, NJ; Hayward, CA; and Lewisville, TX offices

🎯 Requirements

• Strong outbound sales and cold-calling experience • Experience with inbound sales calls and customer relationship management • Lead generation, qualification, and nurturing • Confident phone presence with clear, natural spoken English • Proactive sales approach and willingness to close • Experience managing a sales pipeline and consistent follow-up • Stable and high-speed internet connection, preferably 25 MBPS or higher, with backup • Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM and specified processor, operating system, browser, security software, and storage requirements • Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution • Designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace • Updated English resume • Bilingual English/Spanish — preferred • Quoting and estimating experience — preferred; client will train • Knowledge of decorative concrete, coatings, or flooring systems — preferred • Construction, flooring, or building materials industry experience — preferred • Contractor, installer, or trade relationship development — preferred • Real estate or property management experience — preferred
