📋 Description

• Lead the design and execution of responsive web interfaces aligned with business goals, user needs, and technical constraints • Partner with developers, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to gather user requirements and translate them into functional designs • Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI specifications • Conduct and participate in usability testing, collect feedback, and refine designs • Ensure design consistency through shared UI component libraries and scalable design systems • Maintain design integrity throughout the development lifecycle with engineering teams • Communicate design rationale across technical and non-technical stakeholders • Navigate complex, regulated development environments while addressing compliance and usability standards • Stay informed about industry trends, UX best practices, and emerging technologies • Provide regular updates, reports, and documentation on design progress, challenges, and achievements

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of accessibility and usability standards • Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, and InVision • Solid experience conducting user research and usability testing • Minimum 3 years of experience collaborating with developers on user experience projects • At least 2 years in a senior or lead design role with hands-on project contributions • Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model • Exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks (EcmaScript, TypeScript) • Familiarity with Webpack, NPM, Babel, and version control systems (Git) • Experience working with IDEs such as WebStorm, Visual Studio Code, and MS Visual Studio • Understanding of scalable design systems and component-based architecture • Bonus: experience with video streaming interfaces, media playback, and protection technologies
