📋 Description

• - Plan, build, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram • - Develop and test ad copy, creatives, audiences, and targeting strategies • - Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for key metrics (CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPC) • - Conduct A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing page combinations • - Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively to maximize ROI • - Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations • - Collaborate with internal team members to align ad strategy with the referral program goals • - Stay current on Meta advertising policies, algorithm updates, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns • - Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and Meta Pixel • - Strong understanding of audience targeting, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies • - Experience with campaign objectives including lead generation, conversions, and awareness • - Ability to interpret analytics data and translate findings into optimized strategies • - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • - Highly organized, self-directed, and able to meet deadlines independently • - Experience in legal industry or law firm marketing is a plus • - Willingness to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST). • - High school diploma or equivalent.
